Hey there. My name is Ashley! If you’ve made it this far into my website, then we might have some things in common, including this memory:
Have you ever built the confidence to walk into the gym, ready to finally commit, all to realize you’re not sure what to do? Or, you’ve decided that today is the day you will start eating a healthy diet and lose the extra pounds - but not actually sure what to eat or how much?
If any of this sounds familiar, then we have a lot in common. The first time I successfully lost weight was when I stopped trying to do it alone, listening to what my friend of a friend’s mom did, or copying the latest weight loss trend. I decided one day, sitting outside on a patio, that I was tired of feeling uncomfortable in my body, lethargic from the foods I was eating, and knowing I could feel so much better than I was if I just made a commitment. That day, a switch flipped in my brain and I decided I was 100% ready to invest in myself. That week, I hired an online personal coach and in roughly 4 months I was down 15 pounds. I’ve had my ups and downs with fitness myself, and I hope to take away all of the guesswork with those I coach.
This is not to say that your goals need to be mine. In fact, I love helping people with a variety of goals - whether it be building muscle, gaining maximal strength, or losing body fat - I can help you get there.
Here’s what it really comes down to.
The process of reaching my goal wasn’t easy, but it turned out to be very simple. All it took was commitment and accountability from someone other than myself. After years of trying to do it on my own, I’ve discovered these are the main ingredients to successfully reaching your goals:

My goal is to make your day one with me your last one - ever. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). With my education, personal trial & error, and professional experience, I am here to remove all the guesswork for you.
My programs are based on the latest research and designed personally for you, so you can see & feel the results you’ve been dreaming of.
